Musul Pan with a capacity of 7000M3 estimated to serve 250 people and 3000 livestock

Ositati Pan with a capacity of 7000M3estimated to serve 200 people and 2500 livestock

Bokishi Borehole with a yield of 1.8M3 /hr drilled capped. To serve Bokishi primary school and neighbouring community. Estimated population to benefit with clean drinking water is 500 people.

Katonga Borehole with yield 2M3/hr drilled and capped. To serve Katonga primary school and the surrounding community. Estimated population to benefit is 400 people with clean safe drinking water.

Mowarak Borehole with a yield 5M3/hr drilling completed and b/h capped. To serve polytechnic, a primary school, health center, AP post and the upcoming trading centre. Estimated population to benefit is 1000 people.

Milango borehole drilled in the primary school compound. Total yield is 12M3/hr. the borehole is capped awaiting equipping. To serve a primary school, local community with clean safe drinking water.

Tangi Nyeusi borehole was rehabilitated during the period. Cleaning of b/h, pipeline of 1.2km to primary school, installation of stand pipes and perimeter fence of the borehole area complete.

Ilmotiok borehole was drilled but turned to be a dry borehole. Another site away from the primary is proposed for hydrogeological investigation to serve as replacement.
Procurement of storage facilities, solar pumping units and pipes& fittings in progress to finalize on equipping of all the above 5No drilled boreholes. Equipping with Solar pumping systems is recommended for ease of O&M.

Doldol W/S – Rehabilitation works have been completed under the WSTF and CGL Partnership. During the period July 2017 – March 2108:
Laying of Pipeline from borehole to storage tanks of 75M3and 50M3completed respectively.
Distribution pipelines have also been completed and water supply reinstated.
