How to avoid getting a toothache

  

  • Make a habit of brushing and flossing. Making an effort to brush twice a day is optimal. Also stock up on a good toothbrushes and toothpastes.

  • Gain more information on how to care for a toothache. You can start by rinsing your mouth with warm water mixed with salt and placing an ice pack on your cheek to numb the area. If the pain persists, kindly visit a dentist at the nearest county hospital.

  • Schedule for day to day dental appointments. In addition to brushing and flossing regularly, day to day visits to your dentist can aid in avoiding tooth issues, including toothaches. No matter your busy schedule, scheduling cleanings at least twice per year will take you a long way.
