The way to improve on our school performance is to persuade these very important foundational elements.
The Headteachers have committed that from this year, Laikipia County will bounce back.
I remain very optimistic and committed to this effort since I am convinced that we will make a difference in turning around our schools.
We must believe that we are going to mould our young people and motivate them to be great people in the future.
