HE. Governor Joshua Irungu Hosts Laikipia County Tertiary Institutions Students Association (LACTISA) Leadership

        On June 15th, 2024, HE. Governor Joshua Irungu EGH hosted Laikipia County Tertiary Institutions Students Association (LACTISA) leadership for a mentorship and connection program.
Held at Governors Nanyuki offices, the meeting saw the students leaders interact with the County's boss and top County management team in a long-day one-on-one leadership interaction session.
"My aim is not only to help students make informed decisions about their future but also to equip them with the necessary tools like attachments and internships to navigate the competitive job market," the Governor said.
The County boss revealed that his administration intends to create professional database of all graduates in Laikipia, across all sectors and tertiary levels.
This, the Governor observed, will enable the county to track the professional population within the county while also absorbing some through County Public Service Board whenever there is sector gaps, in the service.
The students leadership appreciated Governor for his continuous mentorship and affording them interact with his management team who gave them productive insights on leadership dynamics.
