The Opening Of The Old Market In Nanyuki.

yesterday (16th October 2018). H.E the Governor Ndiritu Muriithi ,the Deputy Governor HE. John Mwaniki, Speaker of the County Assembly, Hon. Patrick Waigwa, Thingithu Ward MCA, Hon. Kagondu, CEC Trade, Tourism and Cooperatives Mr. Biwott TIrop and other leaders and staff of the County Government graced the Opening of the Old Market in Nanyuki.
The mood was electric. The emotions ran deep and high. The reception was humbling. The conversations were real and honest. It had been a long journey to today.
Most of all, this was our testimony that by all means, we must defend public land and public resources.
The construction of the market is ongoing and more will be done around sheds, parking, water and sanitation.
But this is indeed a great and inspiring start.
As always, a good thing can be made better.
