Concerted action by individuals, civil society groups, governments and the private sector is urgently needed to reverse the degradation trend and save our wetlands.
World Wetlands Day National Celebrations will be held at Ewaso Narok swamp in Rumuruti, Laikipia County on 2nd February 2019.
The event is hosted by National Environment Management Authority - Kenya Ministry of Environment & Forestry County Government of Laikipia with partners Ol Pejeta Conservancy Mount Kenya - Ewaso Water Partnership - MKEWP #LAICONAR Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club Bobong Camles Rift Valley Adventures Maiyan GROOTS Kenya Wetlands International Eastern Africa
