Water And Natural Resources Projects

Three Projects, two sub-counties.
1. Kurum Borehole, Mukogodo West. Laikipia North. The borehole has been drilled and it has very good yield and will shortly be fitted with solar pumping system.
2. Muthengera borehole, Igwamiti Ward, Laikipia West, drilled in March/April and has now been fitted with solar pumping system ensuring residents can access safe, reliable water in parts of Muthengera.
3. Gathanji Primary School Community Borehole, Sosian Ward, Laikipia North. The borehole to serve the school and the Gathanji community has already been fitted with solar pumping system ensuring sustainable access to water.
We are increasing access to safe water; one village, one community, one sub-county at a time and we are inching closer to the SDG 6 on water.
