OPENING OF NGARUA RURAL MILLERS IN KINAMBA, LAIKIPIA COUNTY

US ambassador Kyle McCarter officially opened the new mill in Laikipia County.
Laikipia Rural Millers will value add maize in Laikipia which will benefit the farmers and the investors.
Laikipia produces an excess of 1Million bags per year with a capacity to mill 60,000 bags per year. The supply of raw material is guaranteed.
Also the County Government of Laikipia is building three warehouses in the region to ensure constant supply of the maize throughout the year.
The County Government of Laikipia led by Governor Ndiritu Muriithi remain committed in making Maize farming profitable by supporting innovations and SMEs to exploit opportunity along the value.
