2 Discharged, 7 Admitted To Kimanjo Hospital After Eating Suspect Mutton

Doctors at Kimanjo Sub-county hospital have discharged two children who were among nine people admitted at the health facility after eating meat from a suspect sheep at Ewaso on Saturday.
The patients, four children and five adults, were taken to the hospital with complaints of diarrhea and vomiting. They were treated for diarrhea and dehydration and the seven still in the hospital are in stable condition.
Health CECM Dr Lenai Kamario has appealed to members of the public to be consuming meat which has been inspected by authorized officers.
