Laikipia Senior Manager's Enterprise Development Training

Governor Ndiritu Muriithi together with Deputy Governor John Mwaniki are leading Senior managers; CECMs, COs and various Board Members in an intensive FIVE days enterprise development training.
The purpose of this training is forging senior managers to be more than just managers, but to be Business Development Officers, BDOs, themselves.
In a revitalised effort to operationalise the Laikipia County Economic Stimulus Programme, the BDOs are supposed to hand-hold enterprises, to guide and advise the entrepreneurs on how best to run an enterprise.
The end game being the revival of Laikipia economy post COVID-19 economic woes. Further, to energise Laikipian entrepreneurs and to inculcate confidence in operating formal business enterprises.
For this to happen, capacity building of these officers becomes paramount, hence this FIVE day training.
