Create a Laikipia water management masterplan;

Protect all wetlands and forests, and promote agroforestry.

Build 4 large dams in each constituency holding at least 1,000,000litres, develop water pans and, rehabilitate existing dams and water pans;

Drill boreholes and storage tanks in primary schools not currently served with piped water;

Extend coverage of existing water supply schemes in towns and rural areas;

Enforce equitable sharing of water resources and protect water sources from pollution.
